The KeTIBA Awards operate through a transparent peer-nomination process:
- Travel Agents will nominate their best suppliers across various categories based on their service level satisfaction.
- Industry Suppliers will nominate the top-performing travel agencies.
Key Performance Indicators for nominations include:
- Quality of service
- Customer satisfaction
- Creativity and innovation
- Contribution to the growth of the travel industry in Kenya
Nomination Rules
- Nominations are exclusive to verified KATA members and industry suppliers.
- Nominations are limited to one per category.
- The nomination process is managed via an online portal on the KATA website, and all entries are verified by an independent audit firm to ensure fairness and transparency.
